Warmtoestm 160 watt Electric underfloor heating mats are more powerful than many competitors 150 watt versions and will warm your floor in any room.
Ideal for larger areas, mat systems speed up installation time compared to loose cable, with the pre-spaced cabling providing a pleasant even spread of heat over the tiles.
The 200 watt versions warm-up 25% more rapidly and are available at the same price as 160 watt. This system is best suited to older buildings, conservatories, and where more heat is required.

Warmtoestm underfloor heating mats are superbly made with a unique installation advantage – you will have no ends ‘sticking up’! a common issue with many others.
The powerful and full adhesive backing holds them in place enabling accurate positioning (and re-positioning if necessary). This powerful adhesive then holds the mat in the final installed position.

Do you want to use underfloor heating as the only heating in a room with no additional radiators? No problem, the most important factor that needs to be taken into consideration is the use of insulation.

Please choose an electric underfloor heating mat kit that will cover approximately 80-90% of your floor area. It is best to order slightly less than you need than have too much as the cables CAN NOT be cut or shortened.

Deliveries will generally be made between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank Holidays. Deliveries are available to mainland UK addresses only.

We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a delivery date when we receive your order, normal delivery is within 5/7 working days.

All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £199 and all tile samples.

£100 – The Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands, as follows: HS, IV40-56, PA20, PA40+, PH42-44, KA27-28, ZE, KW15-17, PO30-41, GY, IM, JE

£150 – Northern Ireland. Deliveries require a minimum of 7 working days. This charge includes customs clearance costs

Delivery Details

If circumstances outside of our control effect the delivery date we will endeavour to contact you.

Deliveries will require your assistance to offload. Insurance, plus H&S regulations mean our subcontractors cannot transport goods into a property. We may at our option deliver goods on a vehicle with a tail lift. You may specifically request a tail lift Please ring for details & prices.

Please advise us if there are any access issues/requirements at the delivery address.

Should we be unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address, or if there is no one present to sign for the delivery, we will return the goods to our warehouse. In these circumstances a repeat delivery fee is payable.

We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you sign for them on receipt, and recommend that you inspect the delivery to ensure all items are present and in good condition.

Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for damaged items will not be considered after this time.

Returns & refund policy (excludes special order items)

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase however in the unlikely event that the products are unsuitable please follow the returns procedure below.

Should you wish to return your order you may do by informing us within 14 working days, goods for return must be unused.

Cost and risk of returning is at your own cost and risk – if goods are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage.

Returns must be undertaken within 14 days of agreement to return the goods. We undertake to refund you within 14 days of our receipt of the goods.

Faulty Goods

We will at our option:

  • Collect goods on an agreed date
  • Ask you to return goods at your own cost and risk

If goods are found by us to be faulty and you have returned such goods at your cost we undertake to reimburse you for 3rd party costs involved in the return.
