Treverk means “woodwork” in Norwegian, and the Norwegians know a thing or two about wood!

The very latest technology includes real-feel surface textures and that beautiful ‘knotty-ness” that everyone loves.

Such a gorgeous little extra detail that goes a very long way, the tile edges are ever-so-slightly rounded to mimic an expertly handcrafted plank, adding oodles of character and soul.

Manufactured in Italy in glazed porcelain so no need to worry about kitchen spills or bathroom splashes.

Uniquely, mosaics are offered in all eight colours so your bathroom floor has the possibility of a matching wet room or drench area, or you could add a decorative border or little feature-wall area.

Delivery

Deliveries will generally be made between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank Holidays. Deliveries are available to mainland UK addresses only.

We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a delivery date when we receive your order, normal delivery is within 5/7 working days.

All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £199 and all tile samples.

£100 – The Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands, as follows: HS, IV40-56, PA20, PA40+, PH42-44, KA27-28, ZE, KW15-17, PO30-41, GY, IM, JE

£150 – Northern Ireland. Deliveries require a minimum of 7 working days. This charge includes customs clearance costs

Delivery Details

If circumstances outside of our control effect the delivery date we will endeavour to contact you.

Deliveries will require your assistance to offload. Insurance, plus H&S regulations mean our subcontractors cannot transport goods into a property. We may at our option deliver goods on a vehicle with a tail lift. You may specifically request a tail lift Please ring for details & prices.

Please advise us if there are any access issues/requirements at the delivery address.

Should we be unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address, or if there is no one present to sign for the delivery, we will return the goods to our warehouse. In these circumstances a repeat delivery fee is payable.

We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you sign for them on receipt, and recommend that you inspect the delivery to ensure all items are present and in good condition.

Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for damaged items will not be considered after this time.

Returns

Returns & refund policy (excludes special order items)

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase however in the unlikely event that the products are unsuitable please follow the returns procedure below.

Should you wish to return your order you may do by informing us within 14 working days, goods for return must be unused.

Cost and risk of returning is at your own cost and risk – if goods are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage.

Returns must be undertaken within 14 days of agreement to return the goods. We undertake to refund you within 14 days of our receipt of the goods.

Faulty Goods

We will at our option:

  • Collect goods on an agreed date
  • Ask you to return goods at your own cost and risk

If goods are found by us to be faulty and you have returned such goods at your cost we undertake to reimburse you for 3rd party costs involved in the return.
