About Our Tiles
Tiles and Mosaics are a leading online tile retailer. We supply a wide of popular styles such as Marble, Stone, Wood Effect, Concrete and Cement Effect, porcelain and ceramic tiles. We also have a selection of eye-catching designs for bespoke tile patterns such as Hexagon, Herringbone, Chevron and, of course, Mosaic. Our extensive range features some of the best designs to suit kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories, living rooms and any other space you feel needs that extra touch of character.
Our tiles are made from ceramic and porcelain. Tiles also include those made from various natural materials such as terracotta, stone and marble.
All tiles are available to purchase via our online shop or from our Leeds tile showroom. Our e-commerce website is easy to navigate, simply browse our tiles via the categories, select any one you like the most, fill your basket and proceed to the checkout to complete your order. You can also find our showroom page for directions if you are local and want to browse tiles before you make a purchase.
Tiles and Mosaics have a wide range of tile adhesives and grouts in various colours to complement your chosen wall or floor tiles. We supply effective brand products such as ‘MapeGrip’, ‘Karaflex’ and ‘Ultracolor Plus’.
Many of our tiles do not require sealing but for the ones that do, we supply Tile sealers.

Factories such as ‘Marazzi tiles’, feature strongly because they are known for creating the world’s best quality tiles in exquisite designs, textures and colours. Our online e-commerce website possesses all the information you will need to determine your purchase. Yes, we offer a free tile sample service. You can order up to 3 free cut samples via our website (approx 10cm square). Or if you would like a whole tile sample, these can be ordered at the cost of a single tile plus the associated delivery cost. Please see our sample service page for more information.
Online ordering is very simple; once you have found the right tiles for you, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. From there, you can select your payment method and delivery options, you will also need to provide your address and contact details for us to send an order confirmation. It could not be easier.
An in-store purchase is just as simple as online shopping, our dedicated staff are always on hand to guide you through our extensive range, answer any and all queries you may have.
Indeed you can. On our Tiles and Mosaics online shop, almost all our tile products feature a cost per tile option under the cost per square metre. In this section, you can order as many tiles as you require and the price will calculate accordingly.
To receive a quote on any Tiles and Mosaics products, please contact us via phone or email or send us a message through our contact page. We aim to respond to your queries quickly and are available from Mondays to Thursdays between 9am and 5.30pm and on Fridays to Saturdays between 9am to 5pm. You can also receive a quote in-store at our Leeds showroom from any of our staff.
Our online cost per tiles and per squared metre options can help with determining the number of tiles needed for covering a certain amount of your walls and floors. But if you are unsure, please contact Tiles and Mosaics via phone, email or in-store to talk to one of our staff members who can help detail exactly what you will require. With the exception of special orders, you can notify us of any amendments you wish to make via phone call before the packing date, changes made after the scheduling date may delay the initial delivery time and day. Excluding special orders, cancellations can also be done by phone between the date of purchase and the 14 day calendar days after the completion of the contract (please see our return policy). In cancelling your order, you will have no further claim against us under that contract and you should expect a full refund within 30 days when you exercise your right to cancel or amend. From our Leeds tile showroom you can expect to find inspiration, value for money and, of course, a luxurious range of quality and stylish tiles. In-store, we have a stock of over 100,000 squared metres imported directly from across Europe. Whilst visiting, you are guaranteed an outstanding service from our dedicated team who are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Our showroom provides an opportunity to find inspiration up-close. At Tiles and Mosaics, you can browse at your leisure in a welcoming setting with guidance from our friendly and knowledgable staff. Children and dogs are welcome, plus we have great coffee!

From Mondays to Thursdays, you can visit our showrooms between 9am and 5.30pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, opening times are between 9am and 5pm. we are closed Sundays.
Absolutely, health and safety is our number one propriety for everyone at Tile and Mosaics. This is why we ensure social distancing, the wearing of masks and provide appropriate hand sanitiser for all staff and visitors.
Yes you can. You can order both tiles and free cut samples online and collect from our Leeds showroom for free.
At Tiles and Mosaics, we aim to deliver your tiles on time and in pristine condition. Upon purchasing your item, there are a number of options to choose from such as next day and evening delivery, it all depends on what is most convenient for you. We also offer free delivery for orders over £500. For more information on delivery options and prices, please read our delivery policy.
With our standard delivery service, we charge £30 for your order to be delivered within up to five working days from the date of your purchase. You may receive a two-hour delivery slot text on the day of your delivery but this not a guarantee.
For £49, you can receive premium delivery which is within 48 hours – for orders placed before 11am.
If you are looking for a later time slot to avoid taking time off work, you can choose for your order to be delivered between 5pm and 9pm on weekday evenings. Subject to availability.
Most, if not, all orders are delivered upon a wooden pallet by the National Pallet Network. Two pallets may be used for significantly large orders and will be delivered to the kerbside.
Your delivery must be signed for by an adult who should be available to evaluate the quality of the tiles and check for any damages.
In accordance with Government restrictions that help to prevent the spread of coronavirus, Tiles and Mosaics advise all staff to maintain social distancing during the time of delivery and insist on wearing masks and the application of adequate hygiene control.

Tile Damages and Returns
We thoroughly inspect tiles for damage before they leave our warehouse and they are professionally packed. In the event that tiles are delivered damaged, you should mark the delivery note with the word ‘damaged’ and provide evidence with a photograph. Then you will need to contact us within 24 hours via phone or email, we are available to take your calls Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5.30pm and Friday & Saturdays between 9am to 5pm.
We are able to offer a free exchange so long as the conditions above are met. Any tiles with small chips or cracks on the edges or corners could be used by your tiler for offcuts.
If you wish to return your tiles, you can send the order back within 30 days with a full refund. To do so, Tiles and Mosaics must be notified of this decision within 7 days of receipt. The tiles you wish to return must be in the same condition they were upon their delivery date. Our policy allows us to only return your complete order as we cannot provide a full refund for leftover, damaged or unboxed tiles. You will need to cover the cost of the courier and ensure the tiles are securely wrapped to prevent damages. We recommend wrapping the product on a pallet as this is the best way to prevent any damages to the tiles you wish to send back. For more information, please visit our returns page.
Almost all of our products are priced in two ways; per metre square and per tile/sheet.
Prices vary based on what tiles you select and the amount you pay will show in your online basket. You will find an easy to use calculator on our website product pages.
Remember, we offer free delivery for any orders over £500.
Any products purchased through the Tiles and Mosaics e-commerce website will include VAT.
